IP, network acceleration and related technical services), you indicate that you have read, understood and agree to
comply with the full content of this Agreement. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time and the amended
terms will be posted on our website

I. Registration and Account Management

III. Service monitoring and termination

V. COST AND PAYMENT

You will need to choose a paid plan to use the service, which includes a base plan fee and an excess traffic charge.
Prices are subject to change and we will announce changes via our website.
2.Payment Authorisation
You authorize us or a third party payment agency to withhold payment from your payment method. Payment information
should be accurate and complete, and disputes should be contacted customer service within 24 hours.

VI. REFUND POLICY
1.Conditions for refunds
a.Static Residential Agent: You can apply for a refund within 24 hours of purchase (must prove the fault and customer
service has not resolved it);
b.Dynamic Residential / SOCKS5 Agent: No refunds upon use or completion of the order.
2.Technical Support
Please ensure agent compatibility before use and contact if you have any questionssupport@udealproxy.comPriority should
be given to resolving it.

VII. Intellectual property

engineering or commercial use is prohibited without written authorization.

The Service is provided as "as is" with no promise of availability, stability or suitability for a particular purpose.

b.Force majeure (e.g. network failure, natural disaster);

IX. Agreement Modification and Jurisdiction
