At udealproxy, we do our best to provide consistent and sustainable service to our clients. Please read this document
carefully before starting to use the service (as described in the Privacy Agreement and Terms of Service), as it sets
forth the policies regarding dispute resolution and refund issues that may arise as a result of using udealproxy.
Refund Policy:
Since the services provided by udealproxy are intangible and non-revocable, the quality of the services offered
complies with the conditions stipulated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
For static residential proxies, if our technical team verifies that the static residential proxies have quality issues
that prevent normal business operations, you may apply for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Any payment
processing fees incurred during the refund will be borne by the user.
IP Location Notice
Due to differences in the databases used by various IP detection platforms, the same IP may show different geographic
locations across different testing tools. We recommend cross-verifying with at least 3 authoritative databases and
prioritizing actual business usability over single geographic identifiers. (Note: Mainstream IP databases have update
cycles of 7-30 days, with inherent delays.)For residential proxies, unlimited proxies, and SOCKS5 proxy products, we do
not offer any refunds after the order is placed or the proxies are used.
Every described utility-case on www.udealproxy.com works at top performance. Yet even then we encourage our customers
to ensure that our proxies are compatible with their specific requirements. Once the payment process has been completed,
we will not support refunds for any paid services that are not product features, including but not limited to the
following situations:
・The data provided by the customer during the registration process is incomplete or inconsistent.
・The customer's account has been blocked or suspended due to illegal activities.
・Violation of the customer's obligations regarding the acceptable use of the system or services (as defined in the Terms
of Use).
・The quality of the services provided complies with the conditions stipulated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
・The purchased proxies usage time limit has expired.
・Connection quality and speed are subject to third-party limitations beyond the control of udealproxy. udealproxy does
not guarantee any quality measurements of the internet connection provided by third-party internet service providers.
You hereby agree that any issues related to connection speed parameters are non-refundable.
・Rejection of client software. As long as the customer can access and/or use the system through third-party and/or
proprietary software (client software), udealproxy is not responsible for the compatibility of customer software with
the system.
Dispute Resolution:
udealproxy team will answer all of your questions, deliver precise and reliable information in order to support your
agency or personal use-case, we value our customer-relationships the most. Satisfaction guaranteed. We are certain of
our product since each and every proxy is tested multiple times before being delivered to the customer. If you are
